They asked me how I did it...

They asked me how I did it...

They asked me how I did it...

The world told me it was stage 4 cancer, expected life expectancy of 1 1/2 years, and systemic therapy as my only option to manage time. God said otherwise. He told me, “Daughter, your faith in me has made you well.” I held onto His promises. Through a continual deepening relationship with God, He revealed to me the path to life.

Now living healed by His Love and walking in a new life in Him, they asked me how I did it. My answer will always be:

I didn’t, God did.

“You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.” Psalm 16:11

Inviting God into your healing journey

God revealed that He wanted me to create a blueprint, a pattern, per se, that others could follow in establishing a deeper relationship with Jesus. To teach them to observe all the things that He has commanded me in my daily life, and also His specific instructions for spiritual and physical healing.

It is hard to sum up the nuances and beauty of a daily walk with Jesus in life and through healing, but I pray and hope that this glimpse of what God has led me to do will serve as a pattern for you to follow in your own walk with Christ—bringing you closer to Jesus and the healing He desires to bring you into.

To begin, I want to stress the importance of knowing  and understanding that God is our ultimate healer, and that He heals us only through Him and by Him. God is in ALL things, so whether He heals you through alternative, conventional, or supernatural methods, or a combination of any and all, trusting Him throughout your healing journey is crucial. It will all be according to His perfect plan, timing, and ways, and that He loves you and has a purpose for everything you are walking through right now. I encourage you to invite Him into every aspect of your life and seek Him continually to walk with you and guide you. Lean in and listen. He speaks in many ways: through prayer, His Living Word, pastoral messages, worship, other people, and unique, personalized ways of communicating with you. The list is endless, but we must seek Him and learn to be sensitive to His voice and leading. Ask God to please give you the eyes to see Him, the ears to hear Him, and the heart and mind to know Him deeply.

Creating a daily rhythm

This is the daily rhythm of my day, and I pray you can use it as a pattern to get closer to God and hear His voice, so He can guide you into the life He wants for you.
Every morning, I wake up and read what I have written down on paper—declarations and a vision of the future God has impressed upon my heart for my life and others that I pray in faith will come to pass. God had instructed me to do this, and I taped it onto one of my doors. I call this door my “Door of Hope.” Every morning, I read these beautiful promises with a grateful heart and thank God for them.

I encourage you to read and meditate on Habakkuk 2:1-3, write down the promises that will come to pass in your future, and post them on a doorway or somewhere you can read over and over every day.

Habakkuk 2:1-3 AMP - God Answers the Prophet - I will stand - Bible Gateway

I have a painting that was gifted to me from a very special friend God introduced into my life, who God healed 20 years prior from terminal illness. The painting is called “One Touch,” which I deeply connect with—depicting the woman who was healed by touching the hem of Jesus' garment. Every time before I open the Bible, I pray and touch my hand to this painting, knowing I am this woman, and I connect deeply to touching Jesus.

Kneeling in prayer with my head on the floor, I visualize the setting—again, I am this woman. I feel and experience the dust and desperation of reaching for Jesus, and then how He turns to me and says, “Daughter, your faith has made you well,” to feel His healing touch, the relief, the peace. But more than anything, it’s the joy of being in His presence, knowing I am seen and loved by Him.

Many times, I spend time at His feet in prayer, or sometimes He holds me and I rest my head on His chest. His presence is everything. He is real, and His love is palpable—it will only grow deeper the more time you spend with Him.

Jesus Healer - Just One Touch

I then pray the Lord’s prayer. I pray you connect deeply to the words of this daily prayer. It truly holds everything you need in your daily walk with God. Meditate and go deeper and deeper in understanding of what each line means and represents.

The Lord’s Prayer Explained | What Jesus Actually Meant (Line by Line)

I then pray: Every day looks different, and our conversations are different. No matter what season I am in, I am in a living relationship with our Heavenly Father, and I am always talking with Him. My prayers are my grateful heart turned towards Him, looking to Him for everything.

After time in prayer, I spend time with Him through His Living Word—the Bible. I close my eyes and ask God what He would like to reveal to me in that moment, and I open my Bible to see what He reveals. The Holy Spirit will illuminate scriptures or certain words that He wants to speak to me in those moments. Everyone is different, and God communicates with each of His children in different ways. But by showing up and seeking Him through His Living Word—whether you read linearly, open randomly, or are guided to different parts—He will reveal Himself to you.

God has spoken so powerfully to me through this Bible.
Battlefield of the Mind Bible, Brown LeatherLuxe®: Renew Your Mind Through the Power of God's Word: Meyer, Joyce: 9781455543564: Amazon.com: Books

When God reveals anything to me, whether it makes sense in the natural world or not, I follow and obey. I take God literally at His Word. He doesn’t call us to understand—He calls us to trust. I can’t express to you how important obedience is. There are blessings on the other side of obedience. Whatever He is guiding you to or through, know that He knows what is up ahead. Trust Him, walk out your faith through obedience, and He will meet you there.

After my quiet time with God, I take my medicine (toast, tea, vitamins, and seeds, explained in detail below). I invite God into this as well, as this is the healing He directly led me to in supernatural ways (those details are all written in the testimony He gave me in the book He instructed me to write—The Christ-Led Cure).

Before I eat my bread, and before I take my vitamins—each time, I close my eyes, put my hand over my heart, and I thank God that I may serve Him with my whole heart, and I thank Him for blessing our bread, blessing our water to sustain us, and I thank Him that we are healed by His Love and to remove all sickness from among us. God specifically opened my eyes to this Scripture while guiding me on what to do for physical healing.

Exodus 23:25 AMP - You shall serve [only] the LORD your - Bible Gateway

I then go about my day with Him. I pray throughout the day, always looking to see if God is trying to communicate with me, and I stay connected to Him always. He walks with us and loves us. He knows every thought in our heads, every cell in our bodies, and every circumstance we are in.

I have learned that everything is by His Spirit, and I no longer try to force or make things happen. I trust Him, and He reveals and guides as I walk with Him. The closer you get to Jesus, the more you will feel Him guiding you—and the deeper you will lean into trusting Him in every area of your life.

At the end of my day, before going to bed, I will rest my hand on the painting of Jesus and my other hand on His Living Word, and pray. I then ask God what He would like to reveal to me, and again spend time with Him through His Living Word.

When my family and I go to bed, we say the Lord’s Prayer, and then each of us prays out loud to God, thanking Him for His Love and Presence, for His healing touch and blessings upon His children, and for any specific prayer requests—praising and thanking Him for our blessings and for what Jesus did for us.

We then recite Psalm 91, a prayer of protection, together as a family. It truly is a beautiful way to fall asleep, and I would encourage you to make this a daily practice in your life and include others.

A Healthier Life in Christ

Spiritual Healing

Often, when we are ill, we get so focused on physical healing that we miss the deeper healing God is trying to do in our spirits. When God heals, He wants to heal every aspect of us—not just the physical, but the spiritual as well.

I can’t express how important forgiveness is. God has shown me that true healing occurs in the spiritual realm before the physical realm. During my healing journey, God showed me that unforgiveness is a cancer of the spirit. Any dark spirit that we hold onto, knowingly or not, will poison us from within and eventually erode itself out into the physical. This can affect our relationships, our peace, and our bodies.

Many of the physical effects in our lives have a spiritual root and require attention for true healing to occur. Are you holding onto shame, fear, unforgiveness towards others and/or yourself, unprocessed grief, anger, resentment, or bitterness? These are the things we need to truly ask ourselves, ask God to reveal to us, and help us release it all to Him. When God showed me that I was holding onto unforgiveness and shame, He walked me through deep spiritual healing with Him.

What did that look like?

I asked God to please show me where I need to forgive, and after that moment, memories flooded in. Instead of pushing them away, I held each memory with a fragile stillness, and I took each moment to God in prayer, asking Him to forgive them, forgive me, and release each of us.

What I found was that I had a hard time forgiving myself. So, in prayer, I also intentionally said, “and I forgive me.” God was showing me I didn’t need to keep carrying the shame and blame, and that I was forgiven. He further took me through the steps of healing through confession and releasing of shame from my past.

This was a process and a deep healing journey that He walked me through, and I encourage you not to skip this step because I truly believe it is the most important. Why would God heal us only physically for us to walk right back into the same life that made us sick?

God has shown me that true healing begins spiritually, and then the physical healing follows. God wants to heal us in EVERY way, not just the physical. God wants you to know that you are forgiven, that He loves you, and that He wants you to release everything to Him so He can take care of you. You don’t have to carry the hidden hurts anymore; we were never meant to carry them, so please let go and let Him—the one who loves you and holds your life in His hands.

Becoming Part of the Body of Christ

I deeply encourage you to join a church if you are not part of one, and to participate and serve wholeheartedly. Through pastoral messages, learning, worship, serving, and community, God will continually reveal areas of our lives where we need to change, surrender to Him, be baptized into a new life with Him, and walk in obedience. God calls us into a deeper walk with Him, which means our lives should and will look different if we are following Christ. When I joined our church, God used the church to speak profound revelations to me that walked me through my healing journey and continues to guide me today. God calls us to become part of the body of Christ. In this season, lean on others to bless you, pray for you, and take care of you, so when you are healed, you can then provide comfort and care to others during their hard seasons.

Taking Care of the Temples God has given us

What we put into our Bodies:
God made us His Living Temples, and the Holy Spirit rests within us. We need to take care of the bodies God entrusted to us, which means making choices that heal rather than hurt. The food we put into our bodies matters; it is either medicine or poison. Healing or hurting. We need to meet God in our healing journeys and do our part in caring for what He has given us. We don’t need to overcomplicate this. Eat real food, organic  and regenerative, as much as possible. This means no fast food, minimal restaurants, and eating and preparing food at home. Ditch the plastic packaging and processed foods, and instead eat food as close as possible to the original state in which God made it. Vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and quality proteins.

I would encourage you to eat biblically. A good book to read for healing is The Biblio Diet. To follow Jordan Rubin, the author of The Biblio Diet, and Annette Reeder, the Biblical Nutritionist, on social media.

The Biblio Diet – Jordan Rubin — Jordan Rubin

For organic, regenerative food, you can order from Azure Standard, and more whole-food grocery stores are becoming widely accessible. I encourage you to shop local and grow your own food as you are able.

Azure Standard - Azure Standard

Movement:
God has designed our bodies to move. We honor God when we steward well what He has given us, including our bodies. We need to physically move and care for our bodies. I encourage you to incorporate more movement into your life as you are able, whether that's walking, lifting weights, dancing, or anything that brings you joy and movement. God calls us to choose life. Especially in the midst of a healing journey, it is important to choose life and actively resist the pull to sit in a victim mindset and do nothing; instead, get outside and get moving. Our bodies are gifts from Him, designed to heal, designed to be used. He gives us the choice to “Use it or Lose it”. Use it and Choose Life.

Fasting:
God also designed our bodies to self-heal through fasting. During my healing journey, and still to this day, God calls me to fast. He calls me to do what’s called an Esther Fast, which is considered a dry fast, which means no food and no water for three days. Fasting will look different for each person on their healing journey, but I do encourage you to consider fasting as God guides. I do a modified Esther Fast, still taking my medicine, tea, apricot seeds, and vitamins once a day. So, essentially, it’s three consecutive 24-hour dry fasts.

When God calls me to do these, I always experience a closer sensitivity to Him and supernatural revelations or direct healing from Him. The scientific aspects of dry fasting are fascinating, and learning about how God designed the body to self-heal through autophagy—where the body cleans itself up and eats old, damaged cells, renewing the body during times of stress—shows God’s detail, design, and care for His creations—Us, His children.

Speaking Life:
We also need to be mindful of what we are taking in spiritually and what we surround ourselves with. During healing, it is important not just to choose life, but to speak life as well. With any diagnosis, work hard not to identify with it. Do not say “my cancer ", " my disease”, or “my diagnosis” when you speak. I minimize using the words cancer or disease; I replace them with the word healing. For example, instead of saying this has been “my cancer” journey, I will say this has been “my healing” journey. I see so many people identify with their valley that it becomes a part of their identity, and they stay there.  Whatever you are going through, God intends for this to be a season you walk through, not one that you stay in. Speak as such.

Creating a Healing Environment:
Protect your environment and make it one of healing. If you need to remove yourself from social media during this season, do it. If you watch the news, Stop. You need to make your world quiet so you can hear God. When your life is filled with white noise and toxic drama, you will not be able to hear the voice of God. You must create an environment that will allow your body and mind to rest and heal. This includes people as well. During my healing journey, I made my world very small and only leaned on family, close friends, and my church community, those who hold a strong belief in God’s promises of healing.

Your circle matters. Not everyone will understand, but this is a time for you, and you need to protect yourself. God is calling you into a new journey, one of surrender, one of healing, and into a new life with Him.

God’s Healing Protocols for Curing cancer:

This is the physical regimen God revealed to me in supernatural ways to follow throughout my healing journey, and He has instructed me to share it with others who are currently needing to be healed from cancer.

Please know these methods were revealed through God's miracles, deep revelations, continued back-and-forth discernment, and continual communication from our Heavenly Father. This is a lived-out experience of obedience to what God revealed to me, even when nothing made sense in the natural world. No research and no worldly advice was taken into consideration. God spoke, I listened, I obeyed—and He healed me from cancer.

If God has led you to this, I pray for His miraculous healing touch upon you and for His continued guidance in your healing journey. I pray that He will illuminate to you whether this is the healing path you are to take, and you have faith and confidence in His leading.

I pray this in Jesus’ precious and powerful name, and I believe you will receive with faith, love, gratitude, and confident trust—Amen.

Pour the packets into a bowl; it will be a granular white powder. Mix with avocado in a bowl, then spread on sourdough toast. You may also use peanut butter or oil. I personally always eat it on bread as God has instructed me.

For times of rest from the 5/2 method, this is what God instructs me to do.

Every day for 6 days, take 1gram (yellow packet) (222mg) sprinkled on avocado toast.
On the 7th day, take 7 grams total (1,554mg) sprinkled on avocado toast.

Always with vitamins, apricot seeds, and healing leaves tea.

Repeat weekly until God guides you back to the 5/2 method or continue as maintenance upon clear scans.

I encourage you to seek God for the timing and the method for each one, and to find your natural rhythm. Each of you is in a different season of your healing journey, so listening to God and seeking His timing for your situation is necessary.

When God revealed each of these to me, the 5/2 was for 12 weeks, and Jericho for 7 weeks. When I had clear scans, He told me to continue the Jericho ongoing as maintenance and the 5/2 in interims as He instructed.

Again, please know this was through supernatural revelations and miracles, and God instructed me to write down my journey of how He healed me.  All the beautiful details are in The Christ-Led Cure and will walk you through the miracles He walked me through.

I take all of this, the fenbendazole, vitamins, and seeds with healing leaves tea.

Healing Leaves Tea:

I drink healing leaves tea throughout the day every day. I drink it hot and cold, and my family loves it as well.

Inspired and revealed by God through Revelation 22:2 "On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."

You may also make your own by combining 12 different fruit-bearing tree leaves. Foraging locally and sourcing organic.

I brew the tea in large batches by boiling in a large stockpot, adding the leaves, turning the heat to low, and simmering for 12 minutes, then removing from the heat and steeping for hours. I then strain the tea through a fine-mesh strainer and cheesecloth into gallon jugs and store them in the fridge. One tea canister yields just over 2 gallons. I drink throughout the day in place of water. You can also brew daily, and this is what my mom uses to brew the loose-leaf tea in smaller quantities if you don’t want to batch brew:

All of this will become a natural rhythm and won’t be so overwhelming. It really is just morning toast, vitamins, apricot seeds, and tea with God.

If you would like to know more about how God revealed these methods of healing to me, I write in detail about the miracles of His presence and how He has led me to each of them in the book The Christ-Led Cure. Every physical thing I take and how I take it has been a revelation from God in supernatural ways, even down to the vitamins and the number of apricot seeds. It truly is a testimony of His faithfulness and love, a story for His Glory, that can walk you through in depth how Jesus leads us in every way of our lives into the full, abundant life He died to give us. If you have any questions about walking with Christ, healing, or life in general, I would love to talk with you and help in any way I can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Many blessings and prayers for your complete healing and creating a deep, beautiful relationship with Jesus.
